Terms and conditions of Purchase

Dear customer, thanks for your attention; below terms and conditions related to its purchase.

Packaging

Our creations are shipped inside a special case, included in the price, that is specifically designed to hold them.

Shipping

We usually ship within 2 to 7 business days.
Selling price includes shipping costs. In case of proven non-delivery, Silverleaf will do a new shipment as soon as possible.
We communicate delivery times according to courier estimates. Shipment could be traced via tracking number provided by the express courier (UPS).
We cannot ship to post boxes.

Return Policy

You can exercise the Return Policy within 15 days of receipt for all goods excluding the customized silver creations. Shipping costs for the return shall be borne by the customer.

Warranty

All bookmarks Silverleaf have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and have engraved, in addition to the trademarks of the law and the symbol of the oak leaf, an alphanumeric code recorded in the archives of our company that identifies every characteristic protection of its originality.

Duties or customs fees

Any duties or customs fees are paid by the customer.
